Getting started in Tank War Machines is easy and highly addictive. The game loop is divided into Base Management and Combat phases. Step 1: Build and Merge. In your garage screen, use your starting coins to purchase Level 1 tanks. When you have two identical tanks on the grid, simply drag and drop one onto the other to merge them into a stronger, higher-level tank. Step 2: Enter Combat. Tap the "Start" or "Ambush" button to jump into a mission. The game will shift to a 3D first-person perspective, looking straight down the barrel of your tank. Step 3: Aim and Fire. Swipe the screen to move your crosshairs and aim at enemy ground units or helicopters. Watch the "Shell loading" timer closely; once your shell is filled, fire to deal massive damage!
