How to Play & Master

"Showdown Golf" features a simple yet deep gameplay loop. Starting a Match: Tap "Play Golf" to enter matchmaking and find a 1v1 opponent. Matches are usually played in rounds. Aiming: Before you shoot, look at the indicated path and the target zone. The game will show the current wind speed and direction (e.g., "Wind 0.1" pointing right). Adjust your aim to compensate for the wind. Swinging: Place your finger on the golf ball at the bottom of the screen and pull it down. The further you pull, the greater the power. The Sweet Spot: When you pull back, an aiming target will appear. You need to release your finger exactly when the moving ball indicator is in the dead center of the yellow circle for a "Perfect!" shot. Missing the center will cause your shot to hook or slice. Winning: The player who gets their ball onto the green and into the hole in the fewest strokes, or closest to the pin in a tie-breaker round, wins the match and claims the coin prize.
